Just got an Xbox One on Christmas, came with controller the controllers buttons are already ...

Xbox one controller buttons not working and the cross pad under the joy stick on left is not working. The controller goes crazy when turned on switching screens on the console without even touching it. This was bought brand new and just opened on Christmas,
what can i do is there a warranty? Or do i just have to buy one.... this kinda stinks because it has not even been used but 2 or 3 times and then it just stopped working... please help or advise me what to do thanks so much

Bluetooth Controllers: just me to be so unlucky?

I tried 3 Xbox One Bluetooth controllers from Amazon.it, and I had problems with all 3.

On 2 controllers, button A got stuck inside the controller, sometimes, after I pressed it. And on the another one, was X button.

I saw other people with same problem in negative reviews on Amazon.

Why MS? Even old Xbox One controllers had not great button feedbacks. But, at least, it deteriorated with the passage of time. These Bluetooth controllers are already broken when factory sealed.

Funny thing: my 360 controllers still works great even after 10 years....you should improve it, not worsen....

 

Why Xbox One controllers break so easily

Xbox One controllers are obviously cheaply designed. I've broken two of them, one broke within a year and it's replacement broke within 6 months. I just don't understand this drop in quality over the Xbox 360. All my 360 controllers still work, save a dead
charge pack or two, and they have seen extensive, rage-fueled use. The RB/LB buttons on those survived Dark Souls I & II, while the ones on an Xbox One controller broke while navigation a menu. I came up with the perfect remedy for this and
bought a Playstation 4.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Your Controller will be warrantied with your console, so you should be able to get it fixed/replaced. Head over to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices to register your device and start a repair ticket. This
