Just got an Xbox one and have some questions on KI.

Hey all, Finally got an Xbox One and I have two questions with KI that I'm wondering if anyone can answer.

First when I play the Classic KI (1) every time I do something like a ultra or a finisher I get a game clip recorded. Yet with KI2 classic it doesn't seem to record anything. Also with the KI Xbox One game nothing seems to be recording either. I did an Ultra
and it did not record a clip. I've checked on the HDD and sure enough the KI Classic stuff is there but not the Xbox One game. Does this game not record clips?

Also in the KI2 Classic game is it normal to not be able to choose the default colors for the characters? For example I cannot pick Orchids Green outfit. It's just not there as a color option. Am I missing something? Seems weird the original arcade would not
let you select the main colors that are shown everywhere for those characters...

why do people say google stuff and check other threads, I get that there are some other threads and google helps.. but isn't the point of a gaming forum to reach out to real people and connect/get help? lol.

With that said, the file install size those are actually quite small unfortunately (my average has probably been about 35gb) but usually you can start playing at about 25%.. most games anyways.

As for gesture controls, mine does the same thing, try calibrating it but using voice is usually faster and more accurate then trying to navigate around with gestures (albeit cool as hell, feels like minority report)

Other tips, just get used to the console and you will keep finding new things, go through all the settings of course.

Hook up your tv/surround/digital box so that it turns on with the console when you say "xbox on" and turns it all off when you say "xbox turn off" is probably my favorite feature, including "xbox volume up" or "xbox volume down".

Every game has to be installed and updated. After the update is completed and a certain portion of the game is installed you can start playing while the rest finishes up.

Sounds like you are either way too close to the kinect or too far away. Try moving around and seeing if it improves the gesture controls.

Quickest way of doing anything is saying "xbox *insert whatever you want here*
