just got a 3month subscription and my code isnt working, driving me mad. it keeps saying error.

I got an xbox early as a Christmas gift from my bf and my code for 3 months for xbox gold isnt working. Everyone keeps saying wait but its been over 24 hours and still nothing very upset and frustrated called costumer support and they basically did nothing.

I am having the same problem with my 12M Gold Prepaid I just purchased yesterday. IDK what else to do I've tried everything I can think of.

Had same problem, same error and everything. But when I checked my subscription tab on Xbox.com, my 3M Gold Prepaid membership was there. Check yours, might be the same deal.

Thanks! I had this problem too, but it did appear in my subscriptions. Weird, huh...
