Just got 1000Mbps Fiber, but the xbox is the slowest device of all.. what am I doing wrong?

I get 3ms ping times and 500Mbps up and down on my iPhone via wi-fi, and 900+Mbps through an ethernet cable.

When I use the network utility for the xbox I get an 80ms ping and 100Mbps up/down.

I've forwarded all the standard ports.

Any thoughts on why the xbox speeds are so slow?

Xbox One Download speeds are off

Hello,

I've been having issues with my Xbox one not being able to come close to what im paying for internet speed wise. I had Brighthouse 60mbps before, and today I just upgraded to ATT fiber 1000mbps. Now, when i had brighthouse, i was only getting 5mbs-35 mbps
on the xbox detailed network statistics menu. It usually trended around 5 mbps (download) Well today i installed my Fiber, and im still getting 5mbps at times, and other times it jumps up to 150 mbps. Even though when i take that SAME Ethernet wire and plug
it into my laptop, the internet speed tests never go below 700 mbps.

Why does it seem as if the Xbox is somehow throttling down the internet download speeds for itself?

Xbox One X consistent network disconnects

My Xbox one x is consistently struggling to connect and remain connected to the internet. Issues occur almost daily, both with wired and wireless connections. Performing a hard reset of the XBox or the Router will occasionally fix it for some time. No other
device in my entire house has issues connecting, including many smarthome devices.

Some info about my setup:

- Google fiber gigabit internet

- WiFi comes from the Google Fiber router, located 8 feet from the XBox. Nearby wireless devices get around 400 mb/s

- Wired goes through the same router, using Cat5E line. I verified the line works using oher devices, all got 900+ mb/s

- have gone through all network troubleshooting guides multiple times

- Xbox One X is about 2 months old

1Gbps is very possible. I have that and it’s due to a fiber optic connection. A lot is ISPs have them, or are upgrading their infrastructure to support fiber. The slowest speed my ISP now offers is 100Mbps and max is 1 gig.

What could be handy if you look ups the Internet speeds in a Third Party Independant Comparison website. Overal, in the Netherlands the upload speed is defined by the type of the internet connection to the house.

Fiber > Cable > DSL

With Fiber-Optic being the fastest in both download/upload speed and (A)DSL is the slowest variation.
