Just Gonna Rant for a bit about Xbox.

Once Again I'm Temp banned/ Muted on Xbox live due to the fact that "Microsoft" it's self is being hypocritical about their rules and game ratings. When a game is Rated M for mature you are expecting blood, gore, violence, and Strong Language. So when you
are on the game and the characters in the game are cussing, you kind figure what they hell maybe I can cuss to on here due to the fact its rated M. Which means you have to be 17+ to buy the game, or have a parent that agrees to the terms of the games rating.
But "Microsoft" doesn't see it this way. If you cuss now and they catch you doing it you get muted or banned for a few days to a few weeks. So this is all kinda Bulls*** due to the fact that this is kinda a Violation to your rights of gaming or a Violation
to the Rating on the game. Since the game can cuss but you can't kinda seems a little illogical. So "Xbox" or "Microsoft" please fix your problems. A) use your money to fix the ratings. B) take offensive Language out of the game. C) or just stay out of the
game and deal with your Xbox problems and not a games problems. The game developers have admins on the game anyways and they can watch and listen to everything that goes on, so you guys can just stop your s*** and stop being Democrats about everything going
on now. When I was younger people could cuss and no one be offended by it and nowadays that can't happen because the world is raising more and more ignorant people, and I would like to agree with the science saying that the human race is devolving nowadays.

Its not just bad language that gets you banned. Ive been cursing since Xbox 360 came out, ive never been banned, muted, or recieved any punishment for bad language.Its always the context on which it was used. Or some kid got you good! By giving a really
good comment and fabricated everything you said.

 

I agree with the op as most of the bans are unfair. It should be placed in a waiver by buying this console you or your kid will be subjected to nudity in games or language. I think that unless someone is being overly abusive or send a picture of a rude gesture
that would be the only ban they can give. I have been banned twice after telling 8 people that kept messaging me mad after a game of battlefield to bugger off and get a life(of course different words being used)The other time was basically the same getting
spammed but upset gamers. Sometimes just losing it once though can mean a big slap on the wrist though as if we are all children of xbox. Kids playing games rated far beyond their age but those of us old enough have to watch what we say around them? So people
under the age of 18 are subjected to nudity, violence and cursing in games but can write you up for cursing yourself is plain dumb.
