Just go ahead and release it now.

Folks with physical copies are already playing. The servers are live. Those of us who preordered digitally are getting a little hosed here. Microsoft should do the right thing and go live immediately.

    :)

    Go ahead, Wire it up!

I noticed the xbox one works very well with a wirless connection. I don't know if its simply the power behind the cloud but I was simply impressed. Then come to find out I would have less trigger latency when keeping lower ping from a wired connection.

Now I have wired up and notice everything is boosted in speed slightly and stability is even better. I have absolutely 0 d/c , no lag, and when someone does drop from the game, I can say I know its not my connection.

From my experience, Wire it up

Quick question? Anyone know the max Bandwitch the xbone can utilize? I would say it can easily consume the whole connection when given the opportunity. I have 40 down and 5 or 8 up..

  3. Terminal Will Be Free, Maybe in June ("Mostly Confirmed")

The release date has been set internally at Activision. Rubin is just waiting for the go ahead to share it with the community.

  4. Just go ahead and release it now.

Would be nice, but its just a few people who got their hands on the disc early that are being given a little bonus. The physical copies aren't supposed to be out yet either it is just the people who know the right store to go to or who got lucky with an
early delivery. At 12:00 EST well thats another story altogether for none west-coast U.S. folk.

The ones already playing are the very lucky ones, I assure you, the digital copies are not even out until midnight.

    Don't worry dude.

Heres the way I see it. The only real reason I can think of as to why MS is not activating the digital copy is so they can make as much money as possible on the "Digital Pre-Order" Page for Destiny. It's it very unfortunate as they made it sound like the
pre-order is going away 2 days ago saying it's the "Last chance." And that's when I ordered it. Didn't know Pre-order would go on until the same day let alone a couple hours until activation.

Cmon MS. Please activate the servers already. This is absolutely not fair to those who purchased digitally in anticipation of playing it first compared to those getting a physical copy.

  7. To make things worse, we're still going to need to install the game once we're allowed to play it. So that's sure to be another hour or so of waiting. But, oh well.

Agreed. Having to wait 3 hours for West Coast is a pain.

I believe everyone who has the game should be able to play at the same time. It's as simple as that. If certain regions are a day ahead of the US, then the US should get it on the 8th and those other countries on the 9th. So in practice, they would both
be available to play the same day. It just sucks to see other playing it while we're waiting, they're not any better than us u know? We're all gamers here. Help us MS! Turn it ON!
