Just Get Me Outta Here & Walk it Off Achievements

So I have played through 3 times now in total and have completed all the reward achievements (except the one from madhouse completion). Even though i had the thing pop up telling me next new game i play i will have the circular saw and the x-ray glasses,
I play through to the first item box on madhouse only to find that these items are not in there.

Not too sure why this is.

Any suggestions?

Just finished it, was extra disappointing for me becaue some idiot spoiled the ending on here the other day, but didn't know if he just made an ending up to get reactions outta people.

Thanks for the Response Mister Maka, so I should have been clearer the first time... I 100% have the achievements that are meant to unlock the extra in game content. I have these both on console and online. I had previously followed all those steps (resetting
the xbox and deleting and re-downloading my profile).

What is the link that you are referring me to go to once I have done the basic achievement troubleshooting?

If in-game items aren't appearing after the achievements unlock, let's actually get you on contact with
Capcom support. I misunderstood and thought that the achievements weren't unlocking for you.
