Just found a old Arkham city code and I redeemed it and it worked but the game isn't...

I assume this is the360 version

If you are trying to install it on One or Series, it is not backwards compatible

Please confirm on your account order history if the game code was redeemed successfully by checking it on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ then verify if it’s on your correct Xbox profile by checking your gamertag on https://account.xbox.com/Profile

If it’s on the correct account, let’s try to install it using your Xbox app on mobile.

First, enable remote features.
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.
Select the Enable remote features checkbox.
Under Power options, select Sleep.

Once done, open Xbox app on mobile and sign in your account. Find the game and check if there’s an option to install it to your console.

I love Arkham City. I love Arkham Asylum but i think i like Arkham city a little more. I think the open world is cool you get to glide in a larger area and feel more like Batman. I still haven't even found all of the riddle trophies/riddles. There is so
much more to Arkham city then Asylum not sure how it isn't better then Asylum?

Just had the same problem playing Arkham City, the game isn't showing up as the last game I played and it didn't unlock the achievements I was supposed to get...
