just download minecraft for Windows 10 but not working

just purchased minecraft for Windows 10 for $26.99 on Microsoft store. Game is installed and when I go to play it its says "unlock Full game" and then gives me the option of starter pack or master pack. I need this corrected or a refund as soon as possible
because it is acting as if it is in trial mode and I cannot play creative, etc. It says to sign in on home page but when I click on it I am asked to buy starter pack or master pack. thanks for your help.

You may want to attempt a reinstall on your device. Please refer to this article from Microsoft to uninstall Minecraft and
reinstall it through the Microsoft Store. Did you buy Minecraft during a trial?

thanks for the reply. I have tried reinstalling it with no luck. My son thinks it was bought/installed during a trial. Did that cause the problem? thanks

it is telling me certain features are not available unless I'm signed in to a Microsoft account. When I click on the "sign in" button it ask me to buy the complete game - but I have already purchased for $26.99, It seems like it is stuck in a trial mode
and can't get out no matter if you uninstall and reinstall numerous times. thanks

I could not find and download Minecraft Windows 10 Edition in the Microsoft Store app.

Edit: didn't work on downloading the minecraft launcher
