Just Disappointed

I am just tired by now, i have been loyal to microsoft xbox since the very first day, I have had the original xbox (2), the xbox 360 wich needed 2 revisions because the red ring problem and the xbox one day one, the last one I was very please with it, I
had it for almost 5 years with no problems, and then I had the good idea to change it for a brand new xbox one S, it is the worst decision ever, it was slow since the beggining and then after just 3 months it just died at the time I was playing the new far
cry 5, now I will lose all my saved games, and have to wait between 2 or 3 weeks for it to be repaired or changed, they told me that they will give a FREE xbox gold month, so what? i will lose 1 month of my actual xbox live gold because of them, so what is
that for a reward.

I have playstation 4 and nintendo swith too, but i always say to everybody that xbox is better, and that the controller just feel right in your hands, but now i am just disappointed with microsoft, support gave me a cold answer to every question that i had

My Opinion, Just Disappointed

It took one week for Microsoft to remove the forest for a couple of trees. Being able to purchase a disc because I'm out window shopping and it's on sale or whatever and then installing and forgetting about are gone. I'm stuck with that plastic DRM now.
The Xbox One just became ordinary by "following" the PS4.

There are 5 months until release and it took them a week to change their mind and positioned themselves with the status quo to blend in with blandness. This was such kneejerk change of policy there couldn't have been rational thought behind it.

I'm extremely disappointed.

My Opinion, Just Disappointed

being able to switch games on the fly is what i was really looking forward to.. now i have to take the disk out and put the other one in... lame...

 

First All of your saved games as long as your connected to the internet are saved to the cloud with your profile so as long as you sign back in with the same profile your game saves will synch back up with the new/repaired xbox system so you dont have to
worry about losing your game saves.

second the 1 month of live they are offering to you is to make up for the one month that you are being without your console so no you are not losing one month of live.
