    Hi,

    I have tried solving this issue with a few xbox experts and unfortunately nothing worked. I tried to reset my console (xbox series x), deleting accounts and deleting profiles, so I would appreciate any advice from you guys. Contacting Microsoft support seems harder than cracking a diamond, so I am trying anything else atm.so, the issue is:

    I have bought Just Dance Unlimited 2017 and bought 1 month subscription of the Just Dance Unlimited for my daughter through the xbox store. When I launched the game at the first time, it says I ws entitled for 3 months free of Unlimited (gives you the option to play songs from previous years), and it indicates at the top lhs of screen that I have 118 days left of Unlimited. The problem is, that when I choose the Unlimited option form the main menu, it sends me to the xbox store to purchase a subscription. I have the order history on my Microsoft account saying 'complete' on the 1 month purchase I have made, but for unknown reason it wont let us choose that option to play. so I have bought a subscription + granted 3 months free, yet cannot seem to play it. Any ideas how to make it work / ask for a refund, as I dont need that 1 month, or how to contact Microsoft support (call me back isnt working, been trying it for 2 weeks!)?

    your daughters account would need to be set as home xbox for you to be able to use it. be aware doing so would use up one of the five in total changes you are allowed.

    Both accounts have set my xbox as home box. All other games work on all family accounts. The problem is only with Just Dance Unlimited subscription. I don't know how get ms support help. All forms lead to bot-chats or forum. On the ms store at Just Dance
    Unlimited offer there is no word about connection with only one account. On help page HomeXbox/ Gameshare the same. Ubisoft Support redirect me to MS.

    Unfortunatly the Just Dance Unlimited subscription will only be linked to the platform you have activated it on and can't be moved.
