Just Dance Unlimited subsciption

Hi,

I just bought, for my daughter, monthly subscription for mentioned game. However there is no information that this service does not work with xbox 360 ( i have found that info on ubisoft site).

How can i get my money back, and cancel subscription?

If you would like to request a refund on a digital purchase then please first log in to

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. From here you can search your billing history for the item and mark down the order number.

After that go to
https://xbox.com/refund and fill out the refund request form including the order number and date of the purchase. Once filled out it can take up to 78 hours for Xbox to respond to you via the contact info you provide.

You can also go to the
Account website. Sign in with the account that has the subscription. On the main page you will see a box that says subscriptions. Click there then go to the subscription you want to cancel. Once cancelled if it is within a certain number of days think its
3 days, it should auto refund the purchase.

Try this and let us know.
