    Just dance 2023 digital not compatible with Xbox one? Help


    I purchased just dance 2023 digital code from target. I own an Xbox one. The game said compatible with Xbox one. When I tried to download it I get an error message that it’s not compatible. Called target customer service who directed me to Xbox support saying they would be able to troubleshoot a way to make it compatible. Customer service is closed. Can anyone help?

    Unfortunately Just Dance 2023 was not released for the Xbox One. It is compatible with the Series S/X.

Not compatible with Just Dance 2023 Edition, Just Dance 2016, Just Dance 2017, or Just Dance 2018.     So for example, if I buy a blu-ray version of "Just Dance 2020", then I will be able to use Just Dance® Unlimited? Or I need to buy a digital version of the game?

    Thanks for your post! Unfortunately no, Just Dance 2018 for Xbox One is not compatible with the Xbox 360. Despite that, Ubisoft has released a version of Just Dance 2018 for the Xbox 360. Here are the store links for
