when I launch it the game shows the game logo like any other game on Xbox but then it just crashes when I launch it in offline mode it launches normally but I can't connect to my phone app with is required to use if you do not own a Kinect the game is fully up to date my console is the Xbox one s ant on the box it says the game is supported on the Xbox one /s/x and series/s/x

Please try each possible solution below:

A. Perform a physical power cycle by disconnecting the power cable

“Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important, Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.”

B. Go to Console Settings > Network settings > Advanced > DNS > Manual
Use the next address as the primary 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 as the secondary.

Restart your console and try playing the game.
You may also want to try with 8.8.8.8 as the primary and 8.8.4.4 as the secondary address.

C. Go to Console Settings > Network config > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear
Restart the console and verify if you can play the game.

Hi, Simon. Before you consider reporting this problem to the game developer, I can suggest you another possible solution.

This is opening console settings > go to system > console info > reset > choose “keep my games and app”.

Just make sure to know your account credentials before doing this process.

Would I know if you have the game installed on the internal console storage?

If that’s not your case, please move the game to the internal storage, disconnect temporarily your external hard drive and try opening the game again.

In case that doesn’t work, may I know if you tried connecting your console to a different Wi-Fi network, like a mobile hotspot temporarily?
