    Just Dance 2017 Won't Load on Xbox One S


    I Recently purchased an Xbox One S and downloaded the Just Dance 2017 Demo. Once I launch the game, it goes to the splash screen, and that disappears and it loads into a black screen. I can still access the Xbox One dashboard and quit the game. I have
    tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall, nothing helps. If anyone could help me, that would be greatly appreciated. Also, if i wait on the black screen, the game will crash back to dashboard. For Just Dance 2017 Demo on Xbox One S

    Is it possible you were signed in with a different account when you redeemed the code? If it's stating that it's already been used I'm afraid we aren't able to offer another code.

    I had exact same problem with Just Dance 2017, and I wanted to try this game, so a stupid move was buying Just Dance 2015. I have 2 non-working games with black screen issues. Customer support of ubisoft only offers things that won't work.
