Just Dance 2017 cannot work on my machine

I Bought a Xbox 360 “Just Dance 2017” game from Amazon-US but cannot work with my machine.

Reach out to MSFT Taiwan support through case #L: 1398491091 but failed to get help.

The root cause is — the outer Box of the game didn’t specify anything relate to “not support the machines in Taiwan”, so that means it has to work without any issue.

Please waive the area code limitation on the game, or provide any type compensation for this awkward issue, thanks.

Cannot access 3 month Just Dance Unlimited subscription with Just Dance 2017 Gold Edition

I have recently purchased Just Dance 2017 Gold Edition, and I cannot access my 3 month subscription to Just Dance Unlimited as advertised with the product. I have already redeemed the code that came with my game, and I still cannot access Just Dance Unlimited.

Is it possible you were signed in with a different account when you redeemed the code? If it's stating that it's already been used I'm afraid we aren't able to offer another code.

You would have to contact Amazon about a refund. With disc games, region codes (NTSC/PAL) are listed in the game specifications on Amazon. A game won't list specific regions it will work in. You would just have to match the region code to your console which
is most likely PAL.

I had exact same problem with Just Dance 2017, and I wanted to try this game, so a stupid move was buying Just Dance 2015. I have 2 non-working games with black screen issues. Customer support of ubisoft only offers things that won't work.
