    Just Dance 2016: Settings problem


    If I am in the wrong forum, can anyone redirect me?

    Somehow or other I changed a setting in this game and I do not know how to restore it to what it was. When dancing to a song, a "stick-man" usually shows upcoming changes in the dance steps that the characters are performing,. I find this essential to
    be able to follow the dance routines. But somehow or other I changed a setting and the stick-man function no longer shows up. I am lost and have tried everything I can think of. Can anyone offer any advice? thanks in advance for any help. . .

    It happens the same to me, I bought the pass for 3 months, and it does not download anything. I have tried it 3 times in 2 different days, restoring the factory console and still without downloading unlimited content.

    I have also been told to connect with ubisoft, and so I have, and Ubisoft has told me that the issue has to solve xbox, since the content is bought from the store microsoft, and not from the ubisoft store.

    So they all send us from one to the other, and they have not solved the issue. The only solution that has given me xbox, to make the returns of the 3 payments made, and discounted from my credit card.

    It seems to me a very incompetent solution of both xbox and ubisoft. I do not get it.

    And we continue without pass or possibility to buy it, and have lost the time of 3 mornings.

    I just bought a 1 month pass Unlimited for Just Dance 2016, it has counted 6 times the paiement and i still dont have access to unlimited version on the game. What to do ?

    Really sorry to hear you're not having access to the unlimited pass. Because this is something on Ubisoft's side, let's get you in contact with
    Ubisoft support. From there they should be able to look into your subscription and get you on the right path. Please keep us in the loop with how it goes :)

    Hi Tormaz,

    I have replied on the other thread, but I will reply here as well, in case this might help somebody else. Thanks for your inputs, first of all. Much appreciated:

    I can confirm that Just Dance 2015 and older are NOT compatible with current Just Dance Controller App. Current application applies for versions 2016 and newer.

    It's a pity I could not be aware of this because there's not a warning in the game description before I bought it. There's also no way to ask for money refund, or fix the problem.

    The solution for me, although not exactly good, was to buy Just Dance 2016 which works fine with the current controller.
