Just Dance 2016 gold. no code for ulimated

I bought just dance 2016 gold through the xbox one marketplace and it was supposed to come with 3 months of unlimited or jdu as the tech from ubisoft called it. It wants a code to activate it and I didn't recieve one

Ubisoft Support thread regarding this issue where an official representative responded. I'm afraid you'll need to contact Ubisoft Support again, as this is not an item that codes were sent out for. Purchasing Just Dance 2016 should automatically unlock
unlimited. We are unable to assist with this matter.

Apologies for any frustration caused so far, but Ubisoft Support is your best route to take.
