Just Dance 2016 - Digital Copy Purchased - NO CODE

I purchased a copy of Just Dance 2016, however when I received the email saying redeem code here, the link is dead and I am unable to get a code. Please help. Thanks.

Just Dance 2016 Deluxe Edition - No Subscription Code

I purchased Just Dance 2016 on the Xbox one, digital download, the deluxe edition and never received my 3 month subscription code. I purchased the game two weeks ago.

 

Need My Promo Codes From Gears of War 4 Purchase... Should get codes for Gears of War 1,2, and 3!!

I purchased my digital copy of Gears of War 4 on November 26, 2016. Microsoft was running a promotion through December 31, 2016 that if you bought a digital copy of Gears of War 4 then you would receive prepaid codes good to redeem Gears of War 1, 2, and
3. I have not received my codes and it has been over a month!!! I need my codes ASAP!

 

You will have to go to the retailer you purchased it from

Xbox marketplace doesn't send you codes you buy digitally

 

You directly download via your console

Unless you bought from Ms store but then you still have to go to that website

Xbox marketplace purchases aren't codes unless they are promotions via msgs or included in a console bundle which wouldn't be cards not emails

 

Can any mods respond to this question please?

 

Why would they respond to a 3Rd party question

You have to talk to your retailer

Xbox digital purchases only go to your console not as a code

If you bought it from.a 3Rd party like Cd keys you need to talk to thsm

 

Ms would send your the code's directly I know cause I had used ms store before

Only 3Rd party websites like Amazon or Cd keys use links

 

ngocphi, you are not helping me, please stop responding. I ordered through the Xbox One Dashboard Store. I spoke with a representitive on the phone and they told me to post here, this is a known issue with the Just Dance 2016 game.

 

ngocphi is correct. If you purchased it from the console, you would not have received a code for the game. The game should have automatically started downloading. Check the Ready to Install section of your Games and Apps to see if it's listed there.

 

The game itself is not in question. The game downloaded and worked fine. When you purchase the game you receive a code for the Unlimited pass, which I did not receive. This pass in retail copies is on an insert.

 

Ah okay. Your original post made it sound like it was the game itself.
