Just Dance 2015 - laggy after recent August update

Just dance 2015 is very laggy in the menus as well as actual gameplay after the August update. Please fix this, my kid plays this all the time but it's nearly unplayable due to the lag now. I posted this bug during the preview stage but I guess it was missed.

October 2014 updates and beyond

with the September update being released in late august, any word on October update yet or future updates such as spring 2015 or any other major updates? Just curious.

Hey lemonSteveo! I would suggest uninstalling and re-installing the game to see if that can resolve some of the lag for you. If that does not work, you should get in contact with the publisher
Ubisoft and let them know of the issue. Thanks!

 

Thanks for the reply Mister Cizl. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling to no avail. I will try to contact Ubisoft and see if they can do anything about it...

 

Hey! Sorry for the trouble with the game. If uninstalling and reinstalling the game didn't work, check your internet connection. A bad internet could cause the game being laggy. If that doesn't work, try unplugging your router for 15 seconds and plug it
back in.

 

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. Tried all the workarounds but didn't seem to fix the lag. It definitely seems to be an issue with the latest August update (ran without lag 100% before the update). There's a thread on Ubisoft about this issue but no fixes

Got same problem after august update. And i have "ultra solve": turn off your internet connection and launch game. Sounds crazy but works for me.

 

Thanks this saved me! Disconnect the cable *before* starting Just Dance, then it works smoothly..

Stupid bug.

 

I still have the same problem, but in my case I can't solve by simply disconnecting because I share game with a friend so my JD 2015 not even start offline.

Any idea on how to solve this?

I already tried to download from different region (I'm in Brazil), Uninstall and install, and it's not my Internet connection, all my others games works well.

Hi guys, if your having this problem, this is most likely the developer's fault and I promise you they are working to fix it as they always are constantly fixing bugs etc. Please makesure you let the developers know!

 

I bought this piece of **** game, from this crap company 4 months ago. Never worked well.

 

So when are you guys will set an update that solves this problem?

 

The game is still unplayable. When I remove the Internet cable, the game works as intended. As soon as I hook it up again, everything starts stuttering like before.
