Just Dance 2015 - all my progress lost, save game probably corrupted (not my fault!)

Hello, I'll post the whole discussion with ubisoft support I had not knowing that all the cloud saves are stored on Microsoft servers otherwise I would have come here first. Also if there's a more official way to address my problem other than the forums
please help me.

Anyway from the discussion below with Ubisoft I understanded that if my savegame from the cloud would be replaced with a backup from 9-10 june (as u can see from the pic attached on 9 june I had my latest achievement won ergo I'm sure the save data
was ok back then) and before starting the game I would delete my local save game then everything would be OK again.

The system should be all automated with automatic synchronisation with the Cloud if the save files are present. Your actual save file is never uploaded to any service or servers that we can access. You can try disabling the face recognition to see if it fixes the issue, you may also want to report this to Microsoft to see if it can help speed up a fix for this issue. Another solution you can try is factory resetting the Xbox One and not enabling the face recognition again as your save data are also stored on Microsoft cloud service so you wouldn't lose these, but would have to reinstall game data again.I have had reports from other customers today that his game is now working again since the new update to the Xbox one, but he did have to delete his save file unfortunately. Can you try backing your save file up and then deleting it, and the putting it back to see if this helps? Always from the main menu.Today when I started the game i was greeted with the first time playing message: choose an avatar for your dancer card! I immediately quit without choosing, deleted my save game from the console and restarted hoping that the cloud save would be correcting this. But no luck, the same message appeared. So i proceeded and the only thing that is left from my old save is my online level (~700) and my video clips.I invested a lot of time in this game, i was only like 5 avatars from completion for the "I want it all" achievement. And 4 songs left to complete "Out of this world". Also some of the things can not be regained faster than 6 months like the avatar for "u participated on 6 monthly dancing contest... yada yada" kind of requirements.If you follow this link you'll see proof for my statements:Just Dance 2015 AchievementsSo, what can I do at this point? How can Ubisoft help me regain my savegame? Because i'm very dissapointed by this and I am not willing to start the game from the beginning. I lost all my progress in just dance 2015

I lost my just dance progress and I don't know how to get it all back and I'm so frustrated

 

Really wanna re-buy but......

Just lost my game save with all my progress

 

It seems that I can't add images, I'm on my Iphone.

Hey there, Cristache CdinT! I am incredibly sorry to see any issues with save games for Just Dance. If the save game becomes corrupted and is no longer able to be used, we are unable to recover that for you if it is no longer found on the cloud. I know it's
not the most ideal solution, but you will need to start a new save to begin progress for achievements you have not already earned.

 

Ok, thanks for the answer. This proves that it was better like on xbox 360 to have the possibility of a backup on a usb drive. Is there a chance for that to be implemented in the future?

 

Why my ps4 is my main console to many new games have corruption bugs and if so i can manual save on ps4. Why did i buy a x1.... So much stuff limited
