Seriously, just cut Stonehaven in half and it would make that map - that much better.....or at least throw some tanks in there...sheesh!

Double check enforcement.xbox.com to be sure you have not received a GS correction. If that is not the case then it is a common glitch that will resolve itself within a few days.

 

It would make it like the other maps. Its fine the way it is just for variety.

 

I say cut the gamer population in half. Lose the 11 million Dbags that dont play the objective. (That number may even be bigger, LOL)

I must just get into a different bunch of ramdoms than everyone else. I'm perfectly fine with only a couple of us playing the objectibve while the rest slay, but most matches I'm in the majority of my team get a decent amount of caps. (dom)



In bo2 I almost always had the most caps on our team .... often I'd have more than my whole team together. But in ghosts I have a lot of competition for the most, and there are usually 4 or 5 guys on my team with 3 or more.

 

I took that as more of a joke...not so literal. You are probably correct though TOG, that it is less than half. They can be very frustrating though, and that amplifies your perception that more players are just padding their k/d and not playing the objective.
So many times, I have been capping a flag and have guys either run right past, or even worse, camping in a corner and not help me cap, only to be killed right before I have taken the position.

 

Stonehaven is fine the way it is. It's nice to have a giant open map to play for something different compared to being boxed in all the time.

 

Let me guess, the OP refuses to snipe and just got murdered on Stonehaven?

[/quote]It's not about refusing to snipe, though, at least not for me. Trust me, I've been in games (in Battlefield) where everyone is a sniper and sniping is all that ever happens with the occasional flag cap or something. It gets boring. Lol, rush in Operation
Metro is a perfect example of a map that encourages sniper only teams. Creating a map where it's easier to use a mixture of playstyles is a lot better than having a map where it's basically all about sniping. But that's just my opinion.

Of course, and given the amount of cover on Stonehaven you can actually use whatever you'd like to, though it certainly favours weapons with more range.

Other maps favour weapons more suited to CQC, I don't want them doubled so I can use whatever my favourite weapon class happens to be.

 

I refuse to play it 98% of the time.

 

When the game first came out it was included in blitz. Interesring map to play because I didnt use a gun, but it was one of my favorites to just run..

I notice its in the heavy duty playlist for blitz, but not in regular blitz.

 

One of my preferred maps and I never snipe. Theres a formula to this map, the snipers will be on either of the roofs you can get to, hiding next to or in the stone wall, or hiding in the castle area at the sea side. Theres loads of coverage and a decent
aim with assault rifles = win.
