Just Checking Achievement, what is it?

What is it you are trying to do? If you are trying to play a game, then just press start on Windows 10, scroll down to the game, and select it. If you are just checking your stats or achievements on the Xbox Console Companion app, just select your gamerpic,
then achievements, then scroll down to the game you want to check the achievements on.

Hello Window Cill. The length of the ban is dependent upon the violation. You should have received some sort of notification telling you the date that your console is banned until. Unfortunately, us forum regulars/ambassadors can not look into these issues,
and you will need to travel to the "Bans and Suspensions" forums for clarification.

There is no such thing as an "achievement ambassador".

Do you own a smart phone? Sometimes, when there are issues with achievements not unlocking, you can check on Smartglass and it will say "Done Unlocking", meaning you've done what's required for the achievement, it is just stuck in a queue.
