    Hey there -

    When you purchased the content, did you download/install it right away? If not, please navigate to the 'Just Cause 3' tile through 'My Games & Apps' and press the menu button. Scroll down to 'Manage Game' and install the DLC from there.

    Let us know if that works!

    I found a spot yesterday that I haven't done yet pretty sure it was a mix between asian and caucasian there were about 30 of them on the south east of the map, like the mission they were doing a drug deal.

    Pretty sure it's number 30 on this map
