And that is a good thing to do ... there is nothing wrong with being choosy about what games you want. Game Pass helps with that a lot, letting you try games that you think you might like, but ultimately don't.

if i had known the 2 hour policy, then i would have gone for a refund. 2 hours definitely can never be an "abuse period" in my eyes. however, from now on i will be much more careful when choosing a new game.

even a so far good game can get a bad follow-up apparently.

I haven't heard of anyone having a "didn't like it" type of return policy. Apologies that you didn't end up having fun with the game.

You're buying from Microsoft and agreeing to their terms when doing so. There is no refunds on digital purchases unless you meet certain requirements and are within the 48 hour time frame, This is because people just beat the game and then try to say they
didn't like it after the fact to loophole things (Not saying you're doing this, Just that people have and now rules are in place because of that)
