Just cause 4 won’t reinstall

I bought just cause 4 awhile ago and played it for awhile but then I uninstalled it and I guess I deleted the game by mistake and now I’ve been trying to reinstall the game but it won’t let me instead it’s saying I need to buy it again. What do I do?

Make sure you are using the same account you used to purchase the game, If you are using the same account you should be able to see it and re-installed it from the ready to install section.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Is there any 3rd party software possibly running in the background that could be preventing the game to start? Also have you attempted to run the game as an Administrator?

And that is a good thing to do ... there is nothing wrong with being choosy about what games you want. Game Pass helps with that a lot, letting you try games that you think you might like, but ultimately don't.

if i had known the 2 hour policy, then i would have gone for a refund. 2 hours definitely can never be an "abuse period" in my eyes. however, from now on i will be much more careful when choosing a new game.

even a so far good game can get a bad follow-up apparently.
