Just cause 4 missing vehicle packs

I hope there's enough vehicles on this map pack. Not a lame map like heavy metal where your hiking and missing most of the action cause one blue berry took a vehicle and didn't pick anyone up and drove off alone.

Gta4, Red Dead is a great game but after playing for a long time you miss not having vehicles to get around it limits the replay value. Check out Just Cause 2 imo the best sandbox.

Apparently not.

Map packs do not contain new guns, vehicles, game modes, maps, and sometimes single-player stories. Maps packs are just maps. Therefore stuff like BC2: Vietnam which had it's own set of weapons and vehicles and their own stat pages are clearly not "map packs".

And you weren't paying $30 for 4 maps when R2R came out or any of those other "map packs" you mention. That's because they contained more than just maps.
