    I bought Just Cause 3 on December, 24th. I opened a new forum and they told me that I should have received my code for Just Cause 2 today (Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.) and nothing happens!!! Can you please tell
    me when I'm going to receive my code???

    Make sure you were using the same account you used to play the game before and that both consoles are connected to the live service

    Hello Alex!

    I understand that you're having issues with game progress syncing from the cloud is that correct? Both Xbox consoles are connected to the internet correct? Did you save the game or reach an autosave point on the first console before going to your grans?
    Take a peek at this support article:
    Syncing Xbox One game saves to the cloud error messages.     Also I recommend you try removing and redownloading your profile:

    How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One     . Always try a power cycle before anything else when having trouble you can do so by pressing and holding the Xbox's power button for 10 seconds until the light cuts off under your thumb then unplug the
    whole thing for a minute or two. Let us know with a reply how it goes.

    I've never seen the point in Just Cause. 2 became an extremely boring grind for completion in no time. Like, you do something "cool" once and then that "cool" stuff stops being cool. Idk...
