Just Cause 3 - your experience

Bought just cause 3 download but crashed on loading and have now bought hard copy did exactly the same please advice or help uk version

 

That's strange.

It shouldn't be doing that.

Did you start playing when it said "Ready To Start" or did you wait for the whole thing to be downloaded before trying it out?

 

yes waited for download to finish all three times, as i said it also does the same with hard copy ,i have tried assorts such as deleting game as well as my profile i even tried downloading and playing another game demo forza 6 about 18gb ? that worked fine!
any ideas plz

 

I think I'll still rent this after some positive feedback. Maybe sometimes we (gamers) initally expect too much from games and criticise far too quickly! It's funny how a free to play game like Gems of War is the most addictive game I've played this year,
yet I almost cancel a rental of JC3 because I'm not 100% sure about it after a few negative opinions.

 

Now I'm many hours into the destruction of Just Cause, I totally agree with Az ie Minimap. However, with all of the usual internet complaints about frame rates, 900p, pc super race etc etc, I'm quite impressed with the way the xb1 handles a game of this
scale.

@Georgebud, I have no idea why your game won't load, I've had a few freezes on the title screen, however it resolves itself. Mine is installed off disc on and ext hdd, I'm on the preview program if that makes any difference.

 

I got bored fairly quickly with this, became very repetitive. Shame because I really enjoyed JC 1&2.

 

Yeah,i'm the same.Liberated all the islands etc. which became a real chore towards the end & now can't bring myself to finish the rest of the story

 

Strange,because Just Cause. 2. &. 3., share the. same "repetitive" gameplay.....Just. Cause 3,just. got. more. story missions and challenges....No prob for. me, got. what. i. expected ,already finished. it after. 80 hours of fun &.explosions (still. got
to. find. some. vehicules. and. try to. get better. scores in. some. challenges)....

 

Hey all,

Stumbled across a small fix for the long loads what I do, is when its taking forever to load, is just double tap the guide button to bring up your friends list. For some reason, it will kick the game into gear and make it load much faster. I have no idea
why, but I've tested it a few times and it seems to work I now double tap the guide everytime it starts to load!

Sitting on my HDD waiting for me to start it.

Obviously I can't judge it for myself until I've played it but was disappointed to hear quite a few people I know say it was more frustrating than anything else, long loading times, dodgy controls.

I have read there is a patch on the way so hopefully by the time I start to play it in the new year I'll have a better experience than some have had.

 

Great game if you like to play at 10fps while having your button inputs completely ignored. Having a blast wingsuiting face first because my xbroke can't register me pressing the A button while it struggles to work properly.
