Just Cause 3 - Is the Update Broken?

Here's my scenario....

1.) Purchased Just Cause 3 - let it install, then it prompted me for the update - also installed that. Game loads and I sign into XBox Live and it shows the next couple loading screens, then freezes and bumps me back to the home screen. I rebooted (both cold
and warm reboot of XBox) and same problem.

2.) Deleted the game and repeated above - same thing happens.

3.) Frustrated, so exchanged game for brand new copy. Same things happens after steps 1 and 2 above. Feeling cheated out of $50.00

Haven't been able to play the game yet...thoughts?

Was even thinking of trying to delete the game and play it offline - maybe the game update is broken, but can't seem to figure out how to do it this way either.

Just Cause 3.

I didn't mind number 2, but the controls just always felt really off to me and wasn't a big fan of the fast travelling or buying of weapons. I'll watch this though, could be good.

Can you go offline restart sign out then start up the game load it it'll ask who you are tell it the try loading the game hope this helps
