    Just Cause 3 DLC installation troubleshooting


    I was installing the sky fortress expansion pack on my Xbox One S when I accidentally pressed cancel installation and now I can't find my expansion pack anywhere, have I lost it forever?

    DLC that you purchase on your account is linked to your account whether or not you change your gamertag or email associated with it.

    Rise of the Tomb Raider only starts with DLC installed, if console is switched offline.

    Hey Turaeon -

    For troubleshooting purposes, do you have a different external hard drive you could use? Also, what specific DLC do you have installed that is causing the issue?

    Just trying to collect as much information so we can appropriate troubleshoot the issue.

    Yep, on my account, when I got the console in the winter. They aren't under "installed" nor "ready to install", and when I check the Just Cause 3 page on the store it just has the option to buy the DLC again. No external hard drive, power cycle didn't
    solve it.
