Hi I read on the internet at xbox that when you preorder the new just cause3 that you get just cause2 to download on your xbox one now I have preorder it how I get just cause2.

I bought Just Cause 3 on December, 24th. I opened a new forum and they told me that I should have received my code for Just Cause 2 today (Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.) and nothing happens!!! Can you please tell
me when I'm going to receive my code???

Hi,

Yes you read that correctly. A code for the download of Just Cause 2 will arrive in your message centre 7-10 days after you place your order. You won't be able to download it on an Xbox One though until around November 12, because this is the date Xbox One
gets its first backwards compatibility update.

If you get the code before that date and still own an Xbox 360 you can still redeem the code and download it on there. If you don't have an Xbox 360, you can still redeem the code here on Xbox.com, but as I said earlier, you'll have to wait until November
12 to download it on your Xbox One. By which time it will show as 'Ready to Install' in My Games and Apps on your Xbox One.

I preordered Just Cause 3 on 11/1/15 and have still not received my code. Talked to customer service and they said come here. What's the next step please?

I preordered on 11/12/2015 and also have not received my code.

 

Almost 10 day passed but just cause 2 code not yet arrived

 

I purchased the game on 18/11 under this gamertag and still no game.

I'm disappointed as I was hoping to get some practice in before the new game.
