Just cause 3 achievements

I need help getting my progre back on my game just cause 3 because my game started to glitch and I turned my Xbox one off and when I got back on all my progress i worked hard on was gone so I need some help of how to get it back

Just Cause 3 Achievements NOT UNLOCKING

I have done Tomb Raider, Remember the Fallen , Diary of the Madman, Old School Cool, and No Stone Unturned, , and the in game progress, it shows I have 100% Collectibles Acquired, but none of those achievements unlocked, I have hard reset, deleted
profile and hard reset, then re-download profile, nothing I do will get them to unlock, its been about 2 days and still no luck, is there anything Microsoft support can do to get them to unlock? Please Help, really don't have time to start all over just
to do those but then I would like 100 percent achievement completion on this game,

If your game progress reset while you were in game unfortunately there might not be much you can do. It might have also happened while the game was trying to synchronize and you or the console accidentally stopped it. However you could try make sure you
didn't create a new save file, and try deleting the local save file, so that when you launch the game again it will attempt to retrieve the save file from the cloud. If you didn't overwrite the save it should restore the latest progress of the game before
this happened.

Make sure you were using the same account you used to play the game before and that both consoles are connected to the live service

I've never seen the point in Just Cause. 2 became an extremely boring grind for completion in no time. Like, you do something "cool" once and then that "cool" stuff stops being cool. Idk...
