Just Cause 2

So 3 weeks ago I bought Just Cause 3 for Xbox One from Gamestop, The code for Just Cause 2 that came in the box does not work though.

I have contacted Xbox Support several times regarding to this issue that my code is not working and the last time I contacted them was just a few minutes ago. What they told me to do is come here and make a post about it so here it is.

How can I get my Just Cause 2 copy work?

So the error code that I am receiving is Xbos-0x80150017.

I have tried switching countries and everything but nothing seems to get it working.
