    Just Cause 2 wrong redeem code


    I bought a Just Cause 3 Xbox One games and I got a Just Couse 2 Xbox 360 download-code in the package.

    I have tried to redeem the code, but I have got 2 times a failure message .

    Can someone help me in that problem?

    Hi there,

    The failure message, was there an error code accompanying it?

    Did you try to redeem it on the console (One/360) and get the error? Or did you redeem it through xbox.com (account.xbox.com/.../RedeemCode) and get the error?

    If you can share some additional details I'm sure we can get this figured out.
