    Hello I have a problem.

    After buying just cause 3 (xbox one) i received a redeem code for just cause 2. But today I wanted to use this code, but the private message was deleted from my profile.

    After contacting xbox support they gave me the advice to post a message here to get my redeem code back.

    I hope you can help me.

    If additional information is needed I can provide this. Also I can provide the chat history with Rose from xbox support Just Cause 2 redeem code deleted from my private messages :)

    I bought just cause 3 from the Xbox store and I never got the message with my redeem code for just cause 2 in it. Where can i get my code?

    Just Cause 2 code disappeared

    I had pre-ordered Just Cause 3 and received my Just Cause 2 redeem code after 8-10 days. The code had not worked at that time due to the difference of my physical location and my account locale. Now that the issue is resolved, I checked my messages again
    today to get the code back but there was no code. I've hears that the messages get deleted afyer a month. There were just Gears of War codes I had received recently. Now how to get that Just Cause 2 code back?
