    Just cause 2 digital code disappeared from my Xbox one message center.


    I preordered just cause 3 on the 24th November 2015. Just cause 2's digital code was sent shortly thereafter to my Xbox one message center. As I didn't have enough storage space then, I did not redeem it. I just bought an external hard drive yesterday and
    was planning to install it on the external hard drive. It didn't appear on my Xbox one message center. Is there a way to retrieve it?

    Redeemable Gears of War codes disappeared from Message Center before opening them.

    Codes for Gears 1, 2, 3 and Judgement Day disappeared from Message Center before opening them after a recent Gears of War 4 digital purchase.

    Just cause 2 digital code disappeared from my Xbox one message center.

    Once your messages have been deleted in your Xbox One Message center you would not be able to retrieve it back, unfortunately. The code wouldn't be able to be replaced by the Microsoft Team.
