Just Cause 2 back compat

I pre ordered just cause 3 on october 29th, until now i didnt receive the just cause 2 download code. Anyone knows when I will get the code?

Sorry to hear about the issue! If you haven't already, I suggest trying a few steps to see if we can get the updated content to be reflected on your Xbox One console:

• First, Uninstall Grid 2 from your Xbox One console by navigating to My Games & Apps.
  
• Under the Games tab select Grid 2 and press the Menu button.
• Select Manage Game and select Grid 2 again.
• Press the Menu button and select Uninstall.
• From the Home screen of you Xbox One console, scroll to the left and select Settings.
  
• Select All Settings, then select System.
• Select Storage and then select Clear Local Xbox 360 Storage.
• After your console has performed a restart, insert the Grid 2 disc to install the game again.
  
• After the game has installed, try launching Grid 2 to see if you are able to access the previously purchased cars.

Grid 2 - Back compat

I have this game on Disc, I played it every night for a year. In game I own and have tuned ALL the cars.

When I boot up the Xbox 360 the game is how I left it, all my cars say owned, all are upgraded.

When I play this game on the Xbox One, its using the savegame from the cloud, but in the game, I need to buy all the cars again. I have the game money to buy them all again, but I shouldn't have to.

Can you fix this please.

Yeah, they send the codes out in waves. So just stay frosty, and you should get yours soon THey come VIA Xbox Live message, so keep an eye on your messages and hopefully you'll see it soon
