Just came back to xbox, bought xbox one and it will not let me purchase gold, please help

That's the problem my friend.. i fully understand you and what you're doing... we actually appreciate that but... and here comes the BUT.. you are giving us your face but they don't care...

the truth (my truth) is: we are just $ and that's good, we understand but they have to know that we are customers and you cant treat your customers like that...

They make sure to put an afro american, asiatic and white guy (caucasic) in all photo or advertise tu show us houw multicultural and fancy is this company... but, when you are already here... they don make you fell so fancy or so cool because they dont take
care of you... they dont treat us as customers or guests.. once you r in... thats all... speaking about what is happening... they should post a live time window in the main page with a message... like elder scroll online with the current sttus.. also they
must update this message every 15 minutes even with words like: -We are having some troubles with conecctions. 15 minutes after: ve still having problems, we r working on it... and keep posting... we need to know when are they planning fix this...

We have to know an estimated time... this is not a fine art project.. this are all maths... ET.. estimated time... even if they cant do it, it helps people to schedule themselves... but silence? silence my friend is the best insult.
