Just brought a refurbished xbox one with 90day warrant. The game controller got "RB" Key not working. even after update...Is it possible I can get a replacement or repair for it. If yes, where should I go and who should I talk to.

I just received my console today and as I was expecting a refurbished console NOT a brand new one. The good thing is they got it right this time and it actually works!

Recap: Sent my brand new xbox one for fan noise issues... Got sent back a replacement (refurbished) doesn't even work (shows somekind of error that asks contact xbox support) contacted xbox support and they "advanced exchange repair" me. After a day got
my new (refurbished) xbox one that works.

thank you xbox! I love your refurbished xbox one's even though I sent you a new one you gave me back a refurbished one.

 

Faulty Sea of Thieves Controller

I brought the LTD Sea of thieves controller when it released and have just started having issues with RB not work properly. If i send this back, will i receive the same controller back or just a basic one?

If you just bought it you may want to see if you can exchange it with the retailer. If not, then you would need to set up a repair order

If you paid more than about a hundred dollars for the unit, then you got ripped off. Odds are you'll end up spending more trying to get it fixed multiple times then you would have spent just buying a new X1 with a standard length warranty.
