Ok no that won’t help I have found a few things to try apparently this Is an issue with a lot of Xbox ones

hold the disc to the disk tray until you hear the Xbox trying to take the disc and as soon as you hear let the Xbox take the disc after a Second

I have tried 4 other disks same code. I can play them on xbox360 console pretty old and works. Question when I set up new console the screens where not the same as far as installing new console do I have to delete account and try and re-install will
that help if so will I lose the downloaded games I already have?

Ok this error code is a formatting of the disk was not recognized. Which means it’s the disc not the disk tray any other disc should work
