    Just Bought XBOX One S and it keeps rebooting at startup


    Just bought an XBOX One S for Christmas for my father and when we boot it up. The Logo will appear and then the screen goes black and reboot itself in a loop. Has anyone had this problem before?

    Xbox one s Graphics/Video Issue

    Hope someone can help. I have just bought a new xbox one s. So i set it up, unplugging my external HD from xbox one, plugged it into xbox one s and started it up. Went through startup then just before it got to the main screen i got an 0x80004005 error message.
    I can run netfilx in 4k but all other video apps such as amazon, bbd player, vevo want play at all. Plus all the graphics from achievement screen don't load and just look blank, any ideas.

    Xbox One S Update?

    I have the same problem. I've bought the xbox one s yesterday, but most of the achievements of several games are stuck. It keeps telling me that I'm 100% done with the achievements, but it just don't unlock... I've done everything; rebooting, factory reset,
    router reset, but nothing seems to help... Could you please help me as I'm about to return the xbox...this is not the way how I want it to be.

    Hey,

    I have a couple of steps for you to follow in order to fix this issue:

    1. Press and hold the power button your Xbox One console until it has fully powered down.

    2. Unplug the power cable.

    3. Unplug the power from your router and modem for 15 seconds, then plug them back in.

    4. Plug in your Xbox One console and try again.

    Thank you but I think I may have found the issue. Looks like Time Warner changed a wireless security setting in the router, I found another thread with instructions on how to change it, I have now been able to sign in and I'm doing the required update as
    I type this.

    reboot the xbox or clear system cache goto system settings and set startup to boot from CD
