Just bought the Xbox and 2 games but nothing delivered in France

Hi,

My name is , I bought last week an Xbox One pack with 2 games and I have a lot of problems.

1. My Xbox One won't even run at the first time, I c'ant do anything. I contacted french xobx one support and we tried to make it run for at least 4h yesterday evening, but nothing to do, this console is broken apparently !

2. Microsoft France didn't delevered me the 2 games, I only received a broken xbox. The employees I discussed with for support all told me they will see later what happened and don't even trust me !

3. I discussed with 4 different microsoft support employee and not one of them proposed me a solution ! They all don't trust me and can't even find my order on ther own website !! I had to send the link of my microsoft bill to them !! unbelievable !

And now no one even answer to me, I can't call them, can't contact them by chat support, or others ! They just blocked my account to support access ! And they billed me again for 360€ !!!!!!! For nothing !!! Now I payed them around 800€ for having nothing
!!!!

Please help and something about Microsoft France support !! Please !! I don't have enough money to lose 800€ !!! My initial bill was about 350€ !

FUMING WITH XBOX ONE SUPPORT!!!!! APPROX £1200 OUT OF POCKET!!!

no guys,i bought a console from france,it was faulty and microsoft sent out ups to pick it up and at the same time delivered a new console,but the console he delivered was quite obviously not brand new as it was dusty with no gloss protection or hdmi sticker
on the front,and also it was faulty,microsoft have said they believe there has been a mistake at the delivery centre and instead of my replacement bieng brand new it looks like they have delivered a faulty xbox.

i hope that clears everything up!!!!!!

 

XBOX Game Pass 2 month for 2 Euros

Hello,

I bought on my Xbox One Following an advert on the main screen a 2 month Xbox Game Pass for 2 €.

I paid it but then it said my first month is 2€ and next month 9.99€

Can somebody help me to have what I paid for?

Yeah ok thanks thieves, not answering seems to be usual when new customer arrives and buy things. I think the only option against this crime is justice then

 

They should have at least offer to have the console sent back and then would have sent you a new one with the games that should have came with the first one to begin with. Also I don't think that they should charge you 800 for a clearly defected product.
It should have just stayed at the 350 price.

Maybe try calling from a different number or using a different email address to see if they would respond to you thing. Sorry I can't be more of a help and hopefully you can get this straighten out soon!
