just bought the X box elite 2 controller, very disappointing...

Discus and support just bought the X box elite 2 controller, very disappointing... in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Why the heck I can not assign keyboard mapping onto this controller???     just bought the X box elite 2 controller, very disappointing...


    Why the heck I can not assign keyboard mapping onto this controller??? I would like those 4 extra bars in the back to act like CTRL/ALT/V/M or maybe even some one key macro like CTRL+A(0.12seconds)+B. For cry out loud a whopping $200 controller can not
    do this while any $30 piece from Logitech can do all kind of mapping PLUS impressive macros!

    Please tell me why! is there any plan for the fix in near future or it will remain as a pretty brick with limited dumb buttons. I am thinking return the item, too much money for such a useless controller which works not much better than $9 Wal-mart counterpart.

    I will probably need to return it!

    This is a VERY expensive controller, yet MSFT scr*ws us over.

    I bought Xbox Wireless Elite Series 2 Controller, Here in EU (Greece) all controllers have 1 year warranty and the Series X/S consoles 2 years.

    Thank you for adding your voice here; you're the first person to be able to confirm that X Box One controllers *do* work with the app - good to know for sure that the issue is with the Elite Series 2 & the app compatibility specifically and not just all controllers through the app.

    1: It isn't x box it'sxbox and it's not micro soft it's microsoft 2: You can't return a delivered controller the controller has to be bought from a store to return it.
