just bought the new xbox one s and im having touble with the set up.

I have just bought my son a xbox one s for his birthday and im having the same issue. Will they fix it?

Hi, the console is out of warranty and, even if I tried to solve the issue on this one XBOX ONE (first model), I have to set up a new XBOX ONE S
that I bought in the meantime.

The real problem is the lost account.

I just bought a new xbox and when i set my email up it put my new account on the xbox and im trying to get my old account bk how do i do that

I ended up buying a new xbox one s. The kids were tired if not being able to play the games they wanted to. Haha and the controller that came with it freezes. Just my luck! Im finding it impossible to file a warranty claim so we can get it replaced.

if you just bought it from a store i would return it!

So to make this even more confusing to figure out. I just dug out my old xbox one s, fired it up and tested all the controller on
it. The old ones still work fine. The black one that came with the new xbox series x works fine. The new style white controller that come with the new xbox series s and the new style black controller bought today from best buy BOTH have the headset low volume
problem on my old xbox one s. Totally confused at this point.
