Just bought my Xbox One, and I've encountered an error message.

My Xbox One console arrived this afternoon and I've been eager to try it out. Once booting it up, I got an 'E305" error. I've tried doing a power reset by holding down the power button, using an ethernet connection, and downloading the FactoryReset file
and attempting, and failing, to even get the Xbox to recognise this. I've been told to use the offline system update diagnostic tool (from http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool)
and one of the things you need to do is find out your OS version, and it says something along the lines of 'if you're starting up your console for the first time, pull both the triggers and press both the bumpers all at once at the Xbox loading screen' and
you're supposed to magically find some stuff. This would be great if it actually worked. I've connected and reconnected my controller multiple times, and this isn't working so I currently have no way to determine my OS version, so no idea which file to download,
and my brand new out of the box Xbox console is not working, and the support is doing nothing helpful so far.

NBA 2k14 Online Mode Keeps saying "This feature is unavailable. You do not have the required account priviledges."

I've recently encountered some troublesome dilemma in playing an online game in 2k14 for Xbox One. When I press to play an online game it keeps giving me the error message... I've tried to sign-out then sign-in. That worked once. But after that It
just said the same thing over and over again. What happened?

Scarecrow, I haven't bought the One and that is one reason. I've been playing FC4 on the PC. I haven't encountered many issues. The ones I've encountered only happened once.

Sorry you're having issues with your Xbox. If this is a new Xbox, and it won't start then I HIGHLY suggest exchanging it where you purchased it. I can't think of a situation where I would not exchange a brand new item that didn't work correctly.

If you are in the middle of the system update, or at the setup, and you hit both triggers AND bumpers, the second line should show your build number. If it doesn't let us know what screen you're on when that doesn't work.
