Just bought my kids a Xbox one and I want to know if there is a fix Issues Reading discs...

I always have issues with my original xbox , its my second one both have had issues not reading the disc normally if im having issues i jave to insert another disc then the orginal one again

I got my kids a xbox s which has jad no issues with the disc drive

call support and let them know that any and all disc's are not reading and talk to a hardware agent if you dont want to do it over the phone setup a repair on the xbox site.

my sisters disc drive went out, out of warranty, and they paid to have it fixed and then bought a warranty froim xbox to go with it

I bought a second hand series X and the game runs, reads and installs just fine.

Same disc.

My brother had the same issue. Got a full refund on the disc and downloaded from the store and it runs fine (at full price unfortunately)

It's these XS discs in the Xbox One drives.

They are wanting to stop trade ins of physical copies is my guess.

They'll never admit it of course.

I've had problems with all of my Xbox One discs no reading correctly at one time or another. It seems to happen about once every couple weeks.

If the Xbox One can't read it I'll just give the disc a quick clean with a cotton cloth and reinsert. That seems to fix my issue every time.

Same. I just bought it today and read some of the comments. I just want to know If and when this will be fixed.
