Just bought GTA 5 and i get a black screen

i just bought gta 5 and after i installed it i tried playing the actual game but it will look like it will load then it wont. Ive checked for corrupted files and ive deleted it and re-downloaded it but nothing worked i have no clue what to do about it

Blank Screen when I play a game.

Trying to play gta 5 same thing. Tried black ops 2 didn't work so I cleared my system cache and black ops 2 worked but not gta 5 but when I tried to play black ops again it didn't work same black screen. I dunno

 

problem installing games.

I bought a used 360 today, i bought gta 4 and, batman arkham city. when i got home i put in the installation disc and it the xbox home screen said play game. every time i click it to go play the game it goes black for about 5 seconds like its gonna load
then immediately goes back to the home screen. WHY?! please help! thanks for the time!

 

Where to begin. You must check and make sure you have downloaded all the dlc to get the game up to date or it wont play. Theres beach bum, valentines, high life, independence, business, and im not a hipster. Plus you must install disc 1 to your hard drive.
You can install disc 2 (the play disc) if you want to as well. If these are not whats causing your problem then contact Rockstar support or perhaps someone else on these forums have some better ideas. Good luck
