Just bought and downloaded dead rising and it doesn’t start up?

hi i have just downloaded dead rising now i’m far from being new to xbox, and never came across this issue before. In the last hour i bought Dead Rising (the standalone game) and i have installed and started it up (well i tried) and it won’t load and came
up with the error code, now trying to reset xbox and the game itself 3/4 times hasn’t worked i have now just uninstalled the game and started to redownload if this doesn’t work i’ll be wanting a refund how do i go about that? And if anyone has ran into this
problem with this game how did you fix it? Thank in advance.

They are on sale again, well not Dead Rising but the other two.

-I honestly would've bought Tomb Raider again if it was a $10 upgrade from my x360 purchase (digital) even if I had to start all the way over.

You can Always ask for a refund at Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support also be sure to do a hard reboot by holding the xbox power button for 10 seconds and check for any game updated you might need to download.

 

You can go about a refund through Xbox phone support. If you recently bought it and have a certain amount of hours played you will most likely receive the refund.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again
