Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at http://billing.microsoft.com and after that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

If it is still not working properly please use http://support.xbox.com/error-code-lookup to search for any steps regarding the errorcode you are receiving.

If nothing is found then specify the full actual error message (and errorcode) you are receiving when trying to redeem the prepaid code they can help to determine a possible cause.

I just bought it (11/12/23) for $30 to get all the battlepass , cps, etc. and got nothing. how long is this issue going to be going on for? or does it activate whenever season 1 starts.

Still waiting for access to the preview forum too. Whenever I try to access the link it just says "group not found".

Having issues with the April beta that I'd love to feedback but can't. Would also like to check that I'm not just going mad with the issues i'm seeing.

With no way to feedback (apart from any diagnostics submitted by my xbox) I'm seriously considering opting out of the beta updates once this April one becomes stable and final.

Then I had a chat with support (who was telling me that MCC is an EA game: "Upon checking further , this game is one of the EA game." and "Whenever you have a game pass ultimate you can access and play for the games for EA since game pass

is a bundle of EA and live gold.")

Then I went to the xbox (game) store through a browser and guess what - I found this:

"You can use Halo - REACH with Xbox Game Pass for Console, or buy it to own."

And there was a link to remote install the DLC on myXbox - and I didn't have to pay for it!

Trying to do that directly on my Xbox always wanted to charge me while still teasing it was free for Game Pass subscribers.

I'm confused. I'm having the same problem. I've played BF3 since last November. Yesterday, my GOLD membership expired. I was thrilled to shovel out some of my hard earned money to play a game that I already paid for (bought used) for which I paid an
additional $10 back in Nov. for an EA access code. I'm not being a ***, I'm just piqued. I bought a "3 + 1 month" subscription from Amazon yesterday. Got the code. Put it in. Got lots of codes telling me I'd done something wrong--8007274C, 801613C9, 800700B,
and 807B01F4. Oddly, I got an e-mail congratulating me on my ascension to Gold-hood. So, I'm a regular Ron Paul gamer. Well, apparently that's not enough. Now, I get the message "Your Gamer Profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox Live
functionality" whenever I try to join multiplayer and all the other wondrous crap online in BF3. What the hell is that? Is this a problem with EA or Xbox? I'd be eternally grateful for any assistance or clarification. Danke, merci, and thanks a million
